What I Like About This Product:

This first aid kit is the perfect size for using in a daypack, in your car or even going to school. ! I like the pockets inside & it came with several essential first aid items.  For the price it comes with a lot of stuff that can be useful in an emergency.

What I Would Change About This Product:

I added a few more band-aids, stretch gauze and ibuprofen to make it more complete.
 

Final Remarks:

This Primacare KB-7411 Personal First Aid Kit is really a great little kit for the money.  I think everyone should have at least this much to prepare for an emergency, we never know when it will come in handy.  Its a pretty cool first aid kit.

      What I Like About This Product:

      This Gerber Money Clip is really awesome! The button unlocks & locks the blade firmly in place and it holds your money in place.  It’s easy to use unless you have too many credit cards. If it’s too full under the clip the button that releases the blade becomes inoperable. Just remove some of the stuff and it will work just fine. Its a nice money clip.

      What I Would Change About This Product:

      The Gerber Gear GDC Money Clip can be a nice addition to your EDC. If you desire to go very “minimalist” and reduce the type of wallet that you carry then this money clip might be just what you need. The money clip mechanism works really well and having the small knife is a great addition.  You need to check out this money clip, its a good one!

        The knife is very sharp and cuts really well. I like the fact that you must push down on the slide button before the blade will slide open. This stops accidental “openings” in my pocket when I don’t want it to. The prybar is also very handy and you can find multiple uses for this accessory.

        This Gerber Utility knife works pretty good, So far I am impressed with the quality of it, it is a solid feeling tool in your hand. The blade opens and works as it should. The knife is very sharp and cuts like a razor. But it is more than a knife, it also has a bottle opener, cord cutter, pry bar, nail puller and wire stripper. Out of all of those accessories the one I used most often is the prybar. I use it for many things from cutting zip ties, opening boxes, scraping glue and paint off.  The cord cutter works as advertised and the nail puller works well in a pinch but I would rather use a hammer. If you are looking for a good utility knife, give this a try.

          The Pomimo BP-T4 EDC Multitool is a cool little tool! It contains a   knife, whistle, glass breaker, flashlight and a pen all in one tool, which is very compact. I would not use it for any heavy duty work but for light duty work it should be fine.  I would give this a try in your backpack or briefcase, where space is critical, you might just like it.

            What I Like About This Product:

            I have tried some other products but I like this one the best. This product utilizes nice leather and is the perfect weight and fit. The leather is not too thick so it doesn’t take up much more width than the items themselves, but still seems sturdy. Over time, the leather does stretch a bit and conforms nicely in my pocket thus making it very comfortable to carry. It fits many styles of pens and the flashlight loop is just right for most 1xAA flashlights. but this also works just fine for AAA flashlight too. Its a nice piece of gear to add to my EDC.

            What I Would Change About This Product:

            It might be a nice addition to add a larger size to accommodate a large knife and larger flashlight for those that carry them,

            Final Remarks:

            The EASYANT Leather Pocket Organizer is a nice addition to your EDC gear. The pen holder is a good size to carry many styles of pens. I love the craftsmanship  of this product and the design works very well for my EDC needs.  The color of this item is really nice too! With the right tools inside it all fits like a glove . This is a really nice product and I feel the price was right too.  Give it a try, you might really like it.

              What I Like About This Product:

              This Eafengrow knife is a nice compact fixed blade knife, with the blade being 3.42 ” in length it can be placed about anywhere.  The knife was very sharp right out of the box and with a little touch-up with my ceramic stone it was excellent. One of the best things was the Kydex sheath, it fit very well and had a Blade-Tech Tek-Lok Knife Sheath Hardware to hold it on your belt. The handle feels very good in your hand and it has some orange layers in the G10 which looks very cool. For the price you cannot beat it.

              The Eafengrow EF121 EDC Fixed Blade Knife is a really nice knife, great for EDC. I got this knife for carrying in my Maxpedition Sitka Gearslinger pack, its a fairly small pack and therefore needs a smaller knife.  I am a big believer of having a fixed blade knife in my packs, even though I always have a folder in my pocket.  This knife works great for that purpose.  The blade is really sharp and seems to hold that edge very well.  If you are needing a smaller fixed blade knife you might give this a try, I do not think you will be disappointed.

                I am not a true minimalist but this Trayvax Ascent Wallet is pretty cool. I think it is the plastic or Kydex materials that so many of these minimalist wallets are made of that turn me off.   The leather cover makes it more to my liking, it looks like a regular leather wallet on smaller. This is a nice wallet and really cuts down the “big wad” in your pocket. I like this wallet!

                  What I Like About This Product:

                  This pack is the perfect size for an EDC pack, I have used many packs in the last few years but this one is ideal. The fabric used on this pack is extremely tough and that means it will stand up to lots of abuse. It has many pockets so you can keep your gear organized.  It would hold a small laptop if you desire but that is not what I utilize in this pack.  The main thing that I like about this pack is the Gearslinger capability, which is so handy.  With a regular pack you need to take it off your back in order to get things our of it but with this pack you can swing it around to your chest and get whatever you need.  In addition to that feature it has a CCW pocket where you can carry your pistol. an extra magazine and a fixed blade knife and it is very easy to get to. Each zipper pull tab is made from knotted paracord which works out well.  I made a cobra-weave paracord zipper pull for the CCW pocket so I know which zipper conceals my handgun.  Its not as fast as using a holster but since I am not allowed to wear a handgun at work this is a great option for me.

                  What I Would Change About This Product:

                  When I first started buying Maxpedition packs about 12 years ago, they used to offer a “S-Type” pack on many of their packs.  That meant a “left-handed” pack and since I am left-handed that sure worked for me.  It is some times very difficult to be a leftie in a right-handed world so when I found this out about Maxpedition I was very excited.  But now they do not offer that anymore, and that’s a real bummer!  

                  So this time around I had to buy a right-handed pack and retrain my brain on how to use it. Instead of the pack going over my right shoulder so I could grab it with my left hand to sling it around my chest, it is just the opposite. But with some practice I will make it work.  But I wish they still had the “S-Type” packs, it would make it much easier for us left-handed individuals.

                  Final Remarks:

                  I am a big Maxpedition Fan, their packs are excellent!  I have a Jumbo Fat Boy and a Kodiac Gearslinger already and now the Sitka Gearslinger.  I absolutely love the Kodiac but it is a little large for me as an EDC bag. So I picked up the Sitka and it works great for me since it is a scaled-down version of the Kodiac. The Maxpedition Sitka Gearslinger Sling Pack is the perfect size, in my opinion, for an EDC pack.  It holds just enough gear for your essentials but it is not so big that you get bogged-down.  If you desire more room then move up to the Kodiac, as they are the same design.  But I always have the problem of overloading my packs so the Sitka gives me a modest amount of space without letting you go overboard. Recently I found some zippered mesh bags on Amazon and they work awesome for keeping my pack organized.  They have different sizes to choose from, see the review, Patu Zipper Mesh Bags. You might want to check them out.  I highly recommend this Maxpedition Sitka Gearslinger Pack.

                    I found these bags on Amazon and they work really good in my EDC backpack and bags.  You can see above the sizes that they come in and being mesh you can see the contents of the bag.  I have always had trouble keeping thing together in my packs but now with these – problem solved.

                    These Patu Zipper Mesh Bags work great to keep small things together in my EDC backpack and bags.  It is so easy to get things spread all over your packs and that makes you search and search for things you are looking for.  If organization is what you are looking for, these little bags will help to do the trick.  I do recommend these bags.
